1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HMS Moments website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT as required by UAE law. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may occur with fresh flowers and handcrafted items.

3. Orders and Delivery

Orders are subject to product availability. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time. Delivery areas are limited to the UAE. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (flowers, cakes, chocolates), all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for damaged goods claims.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway and cash on delivery. Card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery partners).
